Just recently our filmer friend Robert Taylor from Lincoln came up to Omaha with our good friend Cory Foster to enjoy one of the last nice days of weather we had. Robert filmed some footage throughout the day and met up with another good filmer friend of ours, Dan Moreno. They decided to combine their clips from the day into one joint montage, aptly titled “ThanksGOOving.” The edit below is what resulted and it features team riders Drew Newlin, Justin Steube, and Austin Jensen, amongst other homies. A big thanks to Robert and Dan for filming/editing this together!

Team rider Drew Newlin recently took a visit to the new South Metro Skatepark right by Next G to skate what they have built thus far. Our good friend Dan Moreno put together this footage from the day, which also features our friends Corey Adelson, Bruce Abraham, and Trey Owens. In other news, Jason’s cousin Donnie Diederich is opening his own clothing/skateshop entitled Convicted on the corner of 16th and Leavenworth St. downtown. To celebrate, Donnie is having a grand opening featuring a premiere of the new Creature video “Hesh Law.” Come out and join us in the celebration and enjoy what’s bound to be a great skate video from the Creature crew. This past Saturday Jason took flow riders Colten Lehman and Mike Benner along with Young Guns rider Lil’ Jay Diaz and Jason’s two youngest sons, Chad and Dom, to Saylor Skatepark in Des Moines for a Game of S.K.A.T.E. Colten and Mike took 1st and 2nd in the expert division, respectively, while Lil’ Jay finished 2nd in the intermediate division after a long championship game. Another big congratulations goes to Chad, who got 1st in the beginner division! Jason filmed and edited together this video from the event, which features some tricks from Colten, Lil’ Jay, Chad, Dom, and our homie Dirtball. Thanks to Saylor for putting on another great contest!

Rather than heading to Saylor Skatepark outside of Des Moines a few weekends back, Harlow, Austin, Rob, and some friends of ours decided to hit up Broadway for a quick session. What resulted is the montage below, filmed/edited by Taylor Howell. Austin kills that 5 set!

Just a couple days ago we got in a bunch of new stuff in, including the “Where the Wild Things Are” board series from Girl, Lakai shirts, Girl/Chocolate shirts and beanies, new Thunder trucks and Spitfire wheels, and a handful of Thunder and Krooked shirts. We’ve also re-stocked on some blank decks for those of you looking for a cheaper alternative. Shop decks are also still available in all sizes! We’re expecting even more new product – including new shoes from Vans, éS, Emerica, and Etnies – to trickle in over the next week or two, so keep an eye out for all that!
